The Rookie Rescue Skills Silver Award is part of the RLSS UK’s new Rookie Rescue Skills Programme, which bridges the gap between one-to-one swimming lessons and lifesaving programmes. Designed for children aged 6 and over who have graduated from the Level Water programme or achieved Stage 3 of the Swim England Learn to Swim programme, this award provides essential self-rescue and lifesaving skills through fun, supportive small-group sessions.
