The Pool Extraction Board (PXB) is a Class 1 Medical Device with an expected life span of 10 years*.

Ferno UK recognises that for Pool Extraction Boards (PXB) that are 5-years of age, after the initial purchase, may require the velcro to be replaced as this can start to peel or bubble due to the environment the product is used and stored within. 

*The manufacturer guidance is dependent upon usage, general wear and tear, the humidity conditions of where the boards are stored, chemicals they come in to contact with etc. It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that they carry out checks on the board to determine the condition. 

Replacement Head Pad

Ferno no longer offer the board replacement service and have instead introduced the replacement Head pad. This can be ordered directly from RLSS UK Shop here.

Disposing of your old PXB Board 

Ferno UK are able to support with the safe and responsible disposal of your old PXB Board.

Please note, you would be responsible for ensuring the board is suitably and securely packaged and arranging for this to be sent via the courier service (TNT/Fed Ex are recommended by Ferno UK).
