Sports Guardian member app puts you in control. The bronze subscription level of the app is free or you can upgrade to silver or gold from just £10 a year to manage multiple participant profiles, enable automated SMS to emergency contacts and free bands.

Anyone with a smartphone can scan the QR code (when unlocked in the app) to access your profile which stores your medical information and emergency contacts. You can update your information at any time.

Tough and waterproof made from soft yet durable silicone and laser engraved with your details, our bands can go anywhere with you.
Rapid medical action- high priority information is engraved on the band, while further details can be accessed by scanning the QR code.
Privacy built in - the secure QR code is locked by default and only works when you are checked into a participating venue or event or when unlocked by you in the app.
