The Evolution Plus Critical Injury Bleed Control Kit is specially designed to deal with critical, life-threatening bleeds. It is provided in a durable, hinged bright orange Evolution kit, making it easily recognisable and suitable for any environment. The Evolution case also allows for this kit to be portable, meaning that the first aider can take it with them to the site of the accident.
The bleed control kit is ideal for high-risk industries, such as construction, industrial and agricultural, where there is a risk of severe injury, or for those workplaces that are further away from emergency services. With the supplies provided in this kit staff are able to treat any injuries that may have occurred and prolong the casualty's life until paramedics arrive.
With the implementation of Martyn's Law, this kit will also enable businesses and venues to demonstrate their preparedness for mass casualty situations. To provide a casualty with the best chance of survival when suffering from a severe bleed, this kit contains items such as a tourniquet and haemostatic dressings designed to stop blood flow as quickly as possible.
