RLSS UK Swim Secure Christmas Competition 2023

The Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS UK) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR).

By clicking submit, you consent to sharing your email address with Swim Secure (www.swimsecure.co.uk) who agree to use it according to their Privacy Policy. RLSS UK (www.rlss.org.uk) will also use it subject to our Privacy Policy.

By offering your consent, you agree for RLSS UK to process your personal data under UK GDPR Article 6 1(a). You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, please email gdpr@rlss.org.uk if you would like to arrange this.

RLSS UK holds data on our secure servers for a period of 7 years, once this period has ceased data is deleted from our servers. You have the right to request the erasure of data RLSS UK holds on you, please email gdpr@rlss.org.uk if you wish to exercise this right.

Entries must be received by 15 December 2023. Entries after this date will not be considered. RLSS UK accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible or that fail to reach RLSS UK for any reason.

Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to take part in this competition.

RLSS UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. Any changes made will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received that have been verified by RLSS UK.

Winners shall be notified by email within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, RLSS UK reserves the right to disqualify the winner and pick a replacement.

The prize is as stated, no cash alternative will be offered.
